So what is it? Keto, paleo, gluten-free, whole-30?
Nope x 4. It's nothing like these. No foods are "off limits" like they would be above. Instead, we use a customized meal structure perfect for your needs. Plus I'll show you how to incorporate all your favorite foods into the mix!
How much weight can I expect to lose? Should I wait to start until after my vacation/busy month ahead?
The honest answer is that it depends! Our metabolisms are all in unique starting places. 1-2 lbs per week is typical in this program because SLOW and STEADY is key to keeping it off and feeling good while losing it.
However, I'm always going to be 100% honest with you. It's not guaranteed that you'll lose weight in the first month especially if you're a chronic dieter because it takes time for your body and metabolism to adjust and rebuild. If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't it. This is a "for good" kind of fix, and therefore, takes time. Your body (and mind) will thank you.
This program is designed to get you through busy, unpredictable times! If anything, start now BECAUSE you have those things coming up. LivingProof doesn't make any foods off limits. I've tried everything, and I'm discouraged. NOTHING ever seems to work for me like it does for other people. Why is this any different?
Diet and fitness programs are based off of obsessing over food, and the ever present talk of "willpower". In reality, lack of willpower is your body saying "hey, you're starving me" and eating to the extent that you've been restricting. Obsessing over food and willpower aren't a part of LivingProof because our method uses internal cues much more than external ones. This means your body and mind are well taken care of, so starvation-related instincts of binging don't kick in. Plus nothing is "off-limits", and there's never any "restarting" on Monday.
